Mine just came out of the oven, and it is a thing of beauty. I used 3 cups of kraft italian blend, 3 eggs, 1 tsp garlic powder and 2 tsp italian seasonings (oregano and what not). I spread it out and sprinkled parmesan on top, then baked- yum! Mine even puffed up a bit like bread

This may have been answered somewhere in here but I may have missed it.

Has anyone done these in muffin top pans for individual pizzas? If so, any guestimate on the time?

Seeing as I can eat this all day long, I really need to portion this out. Most things not an issue, this pizza major issues!

Thanks.

My husband LOVES pizza. I enjoy it too and wanted one so bad today! I resisted and was good today. I have been spending so much time looking up recipes and it is helping me stay on track. This looks so yummy. Wings tomorrow and pizza Monday!!! yum!

I've made it twice as well, and yes, mine stuck too. I don't use Pam, so I just oiled the pan with coconut oil. I just used a disposable aluminum pan because I don't currently have a round pan and my cookie sheets are blech. I wonder if parchment paper would work underneath? NancyElle, what kind of a pan is that? I need to get some new ones and had just picked up some cheapies at the grocery store.

Mine didn't get crispy either, but didn't see the revision with cheddar cheese. I don't really mind though, it's GREAT anyway.

I use parchment paper. Works like a charm.

In the first post on page 1.

Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust
Heat oven to 450 degrees
In a bowl thoroughly combine
3 eggs
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
press evenly into Pam sprayed pizza pan or cookie sheet
(this makes one 16 inch pizza crust)
Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown (about 10 to 15 minutes)

Add toppings and then run under the broiler for a few minutes.

thanks for the recipe. Now I don't have to go to CiCi's buffet and hide the crusts of all the pizza slices when I eat the toppings off of them.

WOW

Wow, I made this pizza yesterday and it is amazing. I did the recipe (with 2 cups mozarella/1 cup cheddar in the crust) and mozarella and pepporoni for toppings. I was so excited that I forgot to add tomato sauce. It was the best low-carb pizza crust I have made. This will be on my rotation. I ate this while the rest of the family ate Digiorno pizza. I didn't feeled deprived at all. Thanks for this awesome recipe!!!
