I learned how to not burn the edges. (Saw this on an episode of "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives".) I spread my sauce all the way to the edge now, and it works like a charm. No more burnt crust. Although....that burnt crust was still pretty good.

Gosh! That looks beautiful! Isn't it just so easy???? My pizza loving hubby loves it...and he is the KING of all picky eaters! Blending the mozz and cheddar makes a fabu crust!!!!!!

I'm so happy people are trying this and are finding a way to enjoy the pizza experience....(as it were)....without the carby white flour nasty crust..(not a fan of the white stuff, obviously!...)

I am tired of clicking on the last page (page 13 today) and seeing my pic of the burnt crust pizza. I'm posting this, hoping that page 14 will begin. Made this today....not a pretty plate, but it's my favorite plate (from the 70s or 80s, I think). Sorry for the gigantic pic. I usually resize my pics, but this one being life-size I don't mind so much.

Helping Happycat get to Page 14!!!!

This is absolutely my favorite lc pizza recipe. Thanks for reminding me about this..I am starting to crave pizza and this will be an excellent choice for me...

I also combine moz. and cheddar, or else just get the pizza mix cheese too for the crust...

I made this tonight and what a mess I made!
I used a pizza pan with the holes in it not thinking about the cheese grease!

Also it didn't get firm in the middle I guess I didn't cook it long enough but man was it delicious I just ate it with a fork.

I put black olives, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, cherry tomatoes, and extra lean cubed ham. MMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMM GOOOOOD!
Thanks this is a keeper!

Yes, well I won't forget to put another pan under it or use a different pan next time. But man that pizza was soooo goood. You know actually I did think about putting some foil on the very bottom of my oven but didn't.
I Guess you really do need to go with your gut instincts!

Actually this morning it came off really easy. But it sure was a mess.I waited for it to cool so it wasn't too bad, just a real mess

I thought to myself I'm eating it all.But I only got about two slices down and was stuffed. It made six slices,so I have some for todays lunch and tommorrows!

What kind of sauce did you use? I used Contadina but only about a 1/4 c I don't care for alot of sauce, just enough to taste for me, same with salad dressing!

Yup!

I just use a small can of tomato paste or sauce and season it up w/garlic/Italian seasonings and such.
