I will have to try it with the mozz in it. I had someone suggest the cauli with flax and eggs. I think I put too much egg in it, because it was like a fritatta.

I think the mozz is a better option, but for people with lactose issues the flax and eggs is passable if you're all right with the egg flavor. Welcome to LCF!

Well, I tried your pizza recipe last night. It was very good. Put one on parchment paper, and one straight on pan, the one on parchment paper was softer. I changed it up a little grated my cauliflower first added a little water and nukes it . Such an easy recipe and so low carb.

I am so glad you liked it! Who knew that 4 years ago, when I was bored watching a movie that I'd made a weird pizza anyone else would like? lol!

Way to go on your losses, by the way! I am so proud of your hard work!

I am so glad you like it! It is even better the next day, as you're saying... I love it. The lasagna with cauliflower noodles is the same way. Here's a picture of the chicken crust inspired from the cauliflower crust that I'd say is the best version yet:

Just a heads up: A scraper in India took my old site, so if you click on any of my old "cleochatra blogspot" links they're going to a fake site. My new site is in my signature line and all of my recipes are there. I am working to settle this with google right now.

Yes! If you can't find them, let me know and I'll PM them to you. The cauli noodles you can find in a search, but the chicken crust is so popular, it's in the lower center of the front page under "popular posts".

Thanks! found everything--and more. And subscribed

You know you should put out a cookbook right? You've been told this before I'm assuming? The pictures are great, the comments are great and funny-- total cookbook material.

Do you think canned chicken would work for the crust?

Canned chicken would work if you really get that moisture out of the chicken prior to processing. The reason this dish works so well is due to the dryness of the meat. So make sure to drain off all the liquids. You might even want to let the chicken dry a bit in the fridge, process and then use!

Thank you so much, rosethorns!

Can someone please tell me European/UK version of this crust ?

I really dont understand cups , we use grams over here .

Does anyone know from which Atkins phase i could start eating it ?

I probably could work it out myself if i knew what cup means

Maybe this conversion website will help you make those conversions: Kitchen Measurement Conversion Tables

You can Google "conversion charts" and find lots of other sites for this purpose as well.
