Thank you! I hope you like them!

I have also added a recipe for using the rolls as a pita.

Lamb Gyro and Tzatziki (pictures are included)

And here are the rolls starring as little pizzas! I haven't added them to my blog yet, but doesn't the one on the left look a little like Mr Bill?

I take one of the revoloopsie rolls and place it on a baking sheet. Add a tablespoon of red pizza sauce. Top with cheese, then pepproni and green olives.

Place under the broiler (on high setting if you have settings) and watch for 2-3 minutes.

These taste really good, and two make a perfect small lunch! I also sprinkle the tops with dried red pepper seeds for a little extra oomph.

Oh no! Mr. Bill!

I like the rolls. Mine turned out just fine. I just cut one piece in half and had some egg salad on it...yum!

The pizza looks good, too. Thanks, again!

Awesome, michele!!!

I just had a Sonic toaster sammich on a revoloopsie! I put the egg, sausage and cheese on the roll, added a second slice (most of the first stuck to their crappy sog-toast), and put it under the broiler for a couple minutes, then flipped it.

I cut it in half and it was so delicious!

These are so versatile!

Cleo: You need to write an "Oopsey" website with all your variations..Pizza sounds good.

To the butter question..Was this instead of the cream cheese? No..that would not be a good idea at all..The other alternatives are cottage cheese, sour cream, and mayo..but I like the cream cheese ones.

I made some of the Cinnamon Danish with almond extract in the filling..

Carolyn-- That's a good idea. There have been so many good ideas and variations! And to showcase all the purposes of them would be pretty cool!

I didn't know you could use cottage cheese! Mmmmm!!!!!

haystar-- LOL. I have 2 buns left and they're going with me to Red Robin tonight!

My teenaged son grimaced at my Sonic Egg Toaster and then took a bite and was like OMG! I want more! I told him to get a job.

And you can use ricotta too..The cottage cheese is best when pureed in a blender or a Bullet with your egg yolks..Of course, this is the old fashioned version, NOT the new fangled oopsie version..

Miss Merize needs you in the FWK thread..

I saw a RR roll recipe where Mayo was substituted for Cream Cheese. Can I use that instead? I'm out of Cream Cheese and hope Mayo would be a good substitute.

I'm making burgers for me and my man tonight for dinner and I don't want him whining that he misses hamburger buns!

P.S. I looked at your blog Cleo and I am amazed that you were able to sneak your RRs into a restaurant! So very brave of you!

I made them with the cream cheese instead of the sour cream and the texture was so much better. I kept them in the refig. and it really had a bread-like texture. I used onion powder and garlic powder instead of splenda. Its great to have a sandwich for lunch in the afternoon. I work tomarrow and will have two with 1tablespoon of cream cheese and s/f jelli for breakfast. Sounds yummmy!!

JKat-- for sure, let me know what happens when you add the garlic and the spices! I did a mix-in with chives and cheese and that was pretty good!

cheesenut-- I'm glad you like them! I usually have to make two batches at a time!

kitnmom-- You can toast them to harden them up a little. The squashy makes them REALLY awesome for use as a gyro pita, and they cook up nicely as little pizzas!

haystar-- What did you put on your oopsie? I want to wait until the nut rung and go for the alfredo, pesto, spinach, tomato and pinenuts!

I Loved Mr. Bill Skits on SNL.

Had what I thought was a link but it was a whole little movie. Might be inappropriate so I edited it out.
My sound is broken so I wasn't sure what the little devil was saying!

I did a Mr Bill film for college to illustrate the Salem witch trials. I boiled Mr Bill in Purtian oil.

Garlic would rock! And feta cheese. Right now I'm digging the green olives for some reason.
