I get lost in all of the threads. I never know where I am anymore. I just float. LOL
I'd say that 2 oopsies plus sausage is adequate if you are no longer hungry. Some days I can't even make it through that much. If you eat when hungry and stop when no longer hungry, you'll know what is right for you--of course it can change daily! I am stuffed on two oopsie rolls! If you're not sure, try the two and two sausage and see how you feel 20 minutes afterwards. You'll probably be surprised at how filling they are!

You're welcome, you itty bitty star, you.
When I used an oopsie as a pancake I ate one egg scrambled with cheese, one sausage patty and a single oopsie warmed with syrup and felt just fine. Felt plenty full and it all stuck with me for many hours til lunch. In fact, I remember I ate because it was time to eat lunch. I was not yet hungry. I think you're two oopsies with syrup and two sausage links will be plenty for you. |

Woohoo! They are more filling than they seem. I am so glad it worked for you!
I made a sausage, egg, cheese muffin and can't even eat it all. |

Here's a picture. ![]() I want netrition to start carrying these. LOL (Thumb not included) Soobee-- believe it or not, that's just one recipe. It looks like two. Visually these look bigger and loftier. I'm a happy camper. Last edited by cleochatra : 03-06-2008 at 07:56 AM. |

Hey!
How did you get that to work?! When I tried that, the centers didn't get done. Cleo, did you alter the baking time any to get good results with this. I have these cake pans, lovely things to have, and got them specifically for making bun shapes with another recipe. What's your secret with this one.![]() BTW, these make the perfect sized personal two layer cake. Or a great size to take to work when you have coworkers who don't know portion control Everyone feels guilty about taking too big a slice so they only take enough to taste and enjoy (aren't I a stinker? )

I baked them at 300 degrees for the cursory 30 minutes, left them in the pan to cool for a couple minutes, then ran a rubber spatula around the edges to loosen them, and carefully inverted the pans or popped them out.
They seemed to be done all the way through. LOL... you are so funny. I love your idea of small portions! It's great for portion control, too! |

I have these and they are great! Only thing is, someone was helping put away dishes and I duno where the heck they put em the last time they were washed. Guess I'll have to send out a search party for them. These are great though, and are perfect for those that cannot find muffin top pans in thier area. |

Yummy's-- I actually would recommend these in place of the muffin top pans. Butbutbut--
I am willing to listen to reasons the muffin top pans are better! |

I usually place the individual pans like this onto a baking sheet so I can put them all in the oven at once. The drawback to them, IMHO, is that they slide all over when I try to take em out of the oven. One day I had an oopsie with my oopsies.... One slid right off the pan into the floor and commited oopsie suicide. ![]() |

I bought 12 Wilton pans tonight. It took two Targets to get 12 pans.
I think this thread has caused a run on Wiltons. ![]() |

LOL. Those pans are heavy, too. I found more at King Soopers. So, if you have a King Soopers, check their baking aisle. They're hanging up on the shelf. I bought my springform pan there for mini cheese cake yesterday.

Mwa HA Ha Ha, I have had a whole drawer full of mini pans for years: mini muffin, mini springform, mini pie, mini buntd, mini angel, mini fluted, mini round cake, mini loaf pans.
Everyone thought I was weird. I have this Miniature Obsession . . . . Now I'm not the only one Mwa ha ha ha ha... the only thing missing is a mini sheet cake and a mini pizza pan. Mwa ha ha ha ha Last edited by metqa : 03-07-2008 at 07:37 AM. |

I decided to give these a try yesterday. Didn't get the whites stiff enough apparently, and when I went to find a cookie sheet, I realized that I had tossed them a month ago when I moved
So I used my spring form cake pan and made one big oopsie. My kitchen smelled like egg so I was totally freaked about tasting it since I hate eggy taste, but figured, hey - you made it- you have to at least try it Well... ![]() ![]() My name is Katie, and I'm a oopsie addict.
