Did you ever find this? I finally found this at Walmart in the Mexican isle. it was the same type of bottle but narrower and taller w/ a green sprout(?) top.

I bought it at my local whole foods store. It was with the rest of the oriental foods. It is VERY hot--1 Tbs was enough to get my nose running!

![]() Naw, it just is really good. Not sure I like that one with the chicken though. Leaves it dry and kind of like hot chicken jerky. Hopefully the other one is better. lol. |

I've gotten a lot of great ideas here! Thanks!
Here's one I make that is really easy and pretty tasty: 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders Combine the mayo and cheese (you can add a little italian seasoning, if you want). Place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet and top with mayo-cheese mixture. Bake at 425 for 20-ish min. |

This is from Dana Carpender's "500 Low Carb Recipes"
Sloppy Jose 1lb. ground beef 1 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot, as you prefer) 1 cup shredded Mexican style cheese Brown the beef and drain off the fat. Stir in salsa & cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Serves about 4. 4gr. of carbs & 1gr fiber, for a total of 3 net carbs and 27gr. protein. I tried this tonight; yummy! Glad I doubled the recipe. ![]() I plan to add some homemade taco seasoning next time to the beef. |

Yes, it is mostly hot. You don't taste the garlic at all. I'm pretty sure it isn't the same thing. At least I believe that is what was said early on in the thread.

No, I have never found the right thing, I bought the one you are talking about and I agree with Gettingserious, it cleans out your sinuses. I am actually eating it right now on top of my cheese and onion quiche, yum! I am still keeping my eyes open for the other though. I was close to a Whole Foods yesterday and didn't even think to look there, they probably have it.

I have a cpl to add...
Fruity Fluff
16oz cot cheese 1 tub SF cool whip 1 3oz pkg sf orange jello mix (or any flavor) Mix cot cheese and SF jello mix, fold in cool whip. Hide in back of fridge because you'll want to eat it all... I usually freeze it in a muffin tin the next day, and eat it like ice cream. Confetti Smkd Ssg 1 link of lean turkey smkd ssg (split) veggies (gr ppr, onion & mushrm) shredded cheddar Fill split sausage with veggies, top with cheese and bake at 400 for 20 min, or nuke, but I like it baked better. Chzbrgr Salad (more than 3 but still simple) 1 lb ground chuck, fried and crumbled 1 bag salad mix shredded chz dill pickles lo carb ketchup & mustard diced tomato Toss salad w/ ground chuck, add in other ingredients to taste.

I made this last weekend, easy and tasty!
Orange Chicken chicken thighs Heinz One Carb B-Q Sauce S. F. Orange Marmalade soy sauce Put the thighs in crock pot, mix the B-Q sauce, marmalade and soy sauce together and pour over thighs. Cook 6-8 Hours on low, 3-4 Hours on high. I didn't put amounts because you can adjust this to whatever size you want. Also, you can sprinkle some garlic powder, salt and pepper and any other spices on the thighs when you put them in the pot. You can thicken the juices by cooking down or adding some guar or xanthan after removing the thighs. I served them with steamed broccoli and devilled eggs - yummy!

wonderful thread! I put in the crockpot a turkey breast to which I added jar alfredo sauce and can of mushrooms. It was good.
Chicken thighs in crockpot, jar of hot sauce and when done add sour cream to the sauce. In fry pan frozen chopt onion, bellpepper(from bag) fry in pam or whatever, sliced turkey sausage fry about 5 minutes. Add either eggs or egg beaters, grated cheese. |

I can actually taste the garlic but it's a little too hot for me. Is the one in the jar not quite as hot?

Hi there! Do you have this cookbook? If so, are all the recipes quick and easy like this, using regular food items? I was thinking of getting a cookbook or two of hers and wasn't sure what they were like and what ones were the best. Any comments would be great. Thanks!
