I've added the 3 new 3 ingredient recipes that have been posted. There's 2 new chicken recipes and one in the dessert section. Since the link of the compilation is back a page; I keep adding it to the current page so that people who don't know about it won't have to try to look through 27 pages.

I know it was YEARS ago, but I would lke to thank the OP for starting this thread!!! It has literally saved mine and my husbands life! Without it, we could never have eaten as well as we are eating LC now! We are on a limited budget, so 3 ingredient recipes are truly a lifesaver!! Thank You!
AND, thank you to all of you that have posted your recipes here!! This thread would be nothing without you!!! |

Thanks Brandy and everyone! I was happy to consolidate them for all of us to use, after all I love the three ingredient recipes too!
I'm making this one tonight from the 3 ingredient chicken page. Simple Chicken Recipes, Easy Chicken Recipes I can't wait to try it! Delish Chicken * skinless boneless chicken breasts (sliced work best for this) * sauerkraut (no sugar added) * low carb thousand island dressing * swiss cheese (thinly sliced or shredded) Place breasts in an oven pan to cover the bottom. Cover with about 1" of sauerkraut, then fully cover all sauerkraut with thousand island dressing. Cover completely with foil (sealing to the pan). Bake at 350 until breasts are done (usually about 25-30 minutes). Remove from oven, add cheese to top, replace foil let sit for 5 min (I leave mine on the top of the stove, but I guess you could put it in the turned off oven) and when cheese is melted it's ready to serve.

I have the Delish Chicken marked to try as well.
When it says that sliced chicken breasts work best, can we use chicken tenders instead? Tiffany - THANKS again for putting this all together for us!!! ![]() |

I used whole breasts, and cooked it 45 minutes instead. I'm thinking smaller pieces would be better, because although the top of my chicken was tasty, the underside was bland. So tenders would be better than breasts. Next time I'll salt and pepper my chicken prior to cooking too. I'll add a picture that I took as well. And the new mushroom recipe...I'll get it up there this week. Yum. |

I think there was a recipe on this thread that had portobello mushrooms, cream cheese and Italian sausage. Cook in oven for 20 minutes @ 350*. I use that once a week. It is delish...I can't wait to try the mushrooms and bacon bits.

Made the Delish Chicken (the reuben-y one) last night and added mushrooms, onion, and spicy mustard (stuff I like on reubens). At first I thought the Thousand Island would be a but much, but it thinned out and mixed with the other veggie/kraut juices. Good stuff! Also took me way longer than 30min to cook since the pan was packed with stuff
