Low carb breakfast ideas

Im new to this site. My daughter has been diagnosed with Absence seizures. The Dr. has put her on the Modified Adkins diet with only 10 carb a day. Anyone have a good suggestion other than eggs?

Morning heat strawberries with splenda to make a sauce

I hope I will survive till morning to have it.

My new favorite (credit to Deliciously-Thin)
Jalepeno Fudge


16 ounces of cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs, well beaten
4 fresh jalapenos, chopped (if you're a wuss - de-vein and de-seed the peppers, but I didn't think it was hot at all made as is)
salt and pepper to taste
Put chopped peppers in bottom of a lightly buttered 9X13 pan.
Top with cheese and eggs and salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Cut into squares and serve up delicious jalapeno fudge.

I was making it...and it just screamed for bacon! So I fried up some crispy and crumbled it in on the bottom with the Jalapenos I also used pickled jalapenos instead of fresh, because...well, it was easier.
BEWARE! My wings are broken, so I'm riding the broomstick!

I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.
