This is a new book to me.....I have read/experimented with PP and Atkins. Been lurking around this board for sometime and decided to purchase PPLP. Now let me say that I have not read the book yet, but did a little 'look thru' last night with regards to the amount of protein to be eaten -- I'm shocked! It states I should be eating 40gm of protein at each MEAL....could this be correct? Looking at the chart they have showing different ounces/egg qtys, etc. that is a LOT of protein. Is anyone here truly following PPLP and really eating that much?
Again, I will admit, I just received the book yesterday and I have not read it, but will, and I could be completely mistaken on this, but thought I'd post and ask! Thanks!
