I am so confussed SERIOUSLY!
i eat no sugar NONE of any sort i dont even use aftificial sweetners I only drink water no joke thats it! once in a while i might have hot tea with no caffiene. I eat no processed meats no lunch meat no sausage the only packaged meat i eat is no added sugar bacon. I use Dukes no sugar added Mayo for dips. I have only lost 5 pounds in like 6weeks? when i use a keto stick the color barely changes its like light light pink? I am so stressed what can I do? I dont eat cheese either? i am starting to think this is not the diet for me. I am 5 foot and 250 so i def need to lose weigh i am getting really depressed ;(

Well, first I don't think keto sticks are necessary and sometimes the are old and don't show color change
Two, weight loss depends on how much you have to lose. I need to lose 100 3s so that weight lose will show up on the scale faster and someone who only has to lose 25-30 pounds And remember we didn't put this weight on quickly so it will take swhile to lose it. Low carb isn't a magic bullet And lastly, some people don't do do well on low carb. You might lose quicker on WW or some other diet plan. Sorry |

Sounds like you are restricting yourself to much.Make a food diary and see how many calories you are actually consuming.
