Trying to get off atkins after 6 days

I'm starting today to do the protein Power plan however is this a bad jump, and should i start with 40 or work way upto40 was at20 a day today so far 18 but will be over 20 trying for more today carbs and less protein been overdoing the protein as choice but now today adding more fat can someone help me with this plan plz?
