What were your Six Weeks Cure results?

Hey all!

I was at Borders today and saw the new book. Sat down and read a good portion of it in their cafe. I'm wondering what kind of results people are getting on this program?

Specifically:
How long have you been on the plan?
How much weight have you lost?
How many inches from your tummy have you lost?
Were you low-carbing before your started it?

I have only finished Week 1 and 2, but very pleased so far. Broke a 6-week stall and have lost 4 pounds, went down one size in jeans, and low and behold, even my bra isn't pinching me!

I lost 13.2 pounds and 2 inches! I wasn't as strict as I should have been either. Great plan!

It is a good temporary jumpstart plan.

I did the first four weeks, never planned to do maintenance weeks. I'm doing my own thing now. I did not take Bust/Braline measurements at the end of week one so they are missing.

Final Results:

______________ Week 1____Week 2____Week 3____Week 4____ Total Results:

Bust:__________________ -1.00" ____ -1.00" ____ -1.00" ______ -3.00"
Braline:________________ -1.25" ____ -1.00" ____ -1.00" ______ -3.25"
Natural Waist: -1.00" ____ -0.50" ____ -1.00" ____ -1.00" ______ -3.50"
Navel:_______ -1.00" ____ -1.00" ____ -1.00" ____ -1.00" ______ -4.00"
Hips:________ -1.50" ____ -1.50" ____ -1.00" ____ -0.75" ______ -4.75"

I used all the supplements and usually got in only 2 shakes the first two weeks. I added a shake in weeks 3 & 4 because it was hard to get enough protein. I still don't think my calories/protein were high enough.

Thanks for your responses! Those are impressive results!

I'm pretty close to goal, maybe I even am at goal, just not the one I imagined? Although I'm MOSTLY satisfied with my body, I do still have a pouchy belly that I'd like to see go! So I decided to give the Six Week Cure a try.

Yesterday I got some Jay Robb whey protein at Whole Foods. My goodness it is delicious! I started the plan today, and am actually finding that the shakes are so filling I had a hard time having the third shake and still having room for dinner, so dinner ended up being very light.

So far feeling good, we shall see!
