Just ordered Protein Power

I read Dr. Eades article on fiber, and not only was I impressed with what he said, but I loved his writing style. I just picked up the book off paperbackswap.com. I'd love to hear a summary of his plan though.

I bought the 30day plan which seems easy to follow. I just started the plan today. I did buy the pp lifeplan and it has some great info in it about the how and whys of low carbs. I decided to switch from atkins. I like that it tells me how many carbs/prot at each meal. I am hoping this will bring back to goal weight. (I had surgery and 7weeks re-couping...I stuggled with my eating)

Thanks Prairieprof for the links. I am on day 2 and going good. I satisfied with my meal selections. I am keeping my carbs to veggies/yogurt and cottage cheese.

I am excited this morning because the scale finally moved. I am down 1pound. I am really enjoying the plan. I like that I have guidelines for meals and snacks. It helps me not to over eat.

Thanks Prairieprof for sharing these articles. I printed them out and read them last night. I decided to go aheand and start PP Lifeplant today just going on what he wrote while waiting for the books I ordered the book this morning. I've been doing Carbohydrate Addicts but I like the idea of the carbs spread over the day. I really appreciated the help. Thanks again.

This is Day 3 for me on Protein Power and I am amazed and excited. I've already dropped 3.5 lbs and I have not had any cravings or discomfort from lowcarbing. My carbs stays between 20 to 30 carbs but closer to 20. I just don't get hungry. I get my books Tuesday.
