Is anyone diabetic and using Protein Power?
IS this plan ok for diabetics? Anyone have any success stories/suggestions? My numbers are well controlled with Atkins but I'm not losing...I think maybe I need a change to break this looong stall.

The following daily dosages are suggested: 300-600 micrograms (mcg) of chromium picolinate, 100-400 milligrams (mg) of pantetheine, 200 mcg of selenium, and 450-675 mcg of biotin. They that atkins unsuccessfully done without protein derived from animal products. They also say that it is not recommended for vegetarian . WHY ?
