Switching to 30day plan

Hello everyone

I recently went back to atkins after surgery. I did not want to gain weight while I re-couped. I did wind up losing weight but saw PP mentioned and it intrigued me. I think It would be great to eat some fruit and full fat cheeses/meats.

I was wondering what you thought of the 30day plan. It seems really easy to follow and the amount of prot/carbs are already spelled out for you. I am starting out at the moderate carbs/prot level. Is this plan differant than PP or PPLP? Should I get these books?? I do not want to miss part of the plan.

I would love to hear what you guys and think.. Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

I love the 30 day plan. It has all the menus done for you. I always fall back on this plan when I need to lose a few pounds or get back to eating low carb.

This is one of my favorite books. I especially like it because the dinners can be used the next day for lunch.
