Switch to Protein Power
I have been reading a little about this diet. I am currently doing OWL of atkins but was thinking about switching to this plan (stalled for over 2 months). It says you can have a slice of light toast or some strawberrries....will this cause me to gain weight that i have lost on atkins? I guess I'm just not understanding the differences between the two.
