Too much cheese?
This time during induction I have been eating much more cheese, about 4 to 6 oz a day. I have not been regular at all. Before when I did induction I only had 1 to 2 oz a day and I had not digestion problems. I guess I need to cut back but I do love my cheese. Other than that I'm feeling good.

Cheese will bind me too....it can have a lot of sodium and make you retain water...I would be careful with it. Maybe some metamucil 10 minutes before eating it....

I eat about the same amount that you do, but I'm a vegetarian and trying to eat as much whole foods as I can. Unfortunately, a lot of veggie protein is processed (veggie burgers, hot dogs, etc.) So unless I want to be very limited with tofu, I have to incorporate quite a bit of cheese. So far I've been feeling fine with it, though - no cravings, no problems. But I've just started back on low carbing a few days ago, so we'll see what happens...

Yea I've cut back quite a bit. Now it is more of a treat rather than an everyday food. I've lost all the weight I wanted to so now I nned to start maintaining. Problem is before when I tried to maitain I started carbing out and gained weight.
