What is PP ?

Hello all
I just ordered pp on Friday and I was wondering if someone could tell me what the program is like? Are you allowed to have fruit/dairy? Do you have to count carbs? Do you go up the carb ladder like Atkins??? Can I eat full fat meat with the woe? (Like regular beef, instead of extra lean) Should I take any vitamins with this plan? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

WOE: Seeing a nutritionist who believes in low carb!
Start Date: Off & On (mostly on) since January 2004
It stands for Protein Power. If you go to PP . com, you can read about their plan, read his blog, etc. They're doctors, and I love how they explain the science of low carbing.
