Best cookbooks for Protein Power?

Hi, I'm new here and am following the Protein Power plan but thought there weren't many recipes in the PPLF book. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good cookbook or online place for recipes that would be better suited than most of the Atkins style recipes here?

Thanks!

You might want to try the recipe sections at the PP website. They have a lot of great recipes.

Both Karen Barnaby (Low Carb Gourmet) and Fran McCullough are low carb cookbook authors who have done PP... so their cookbooks would have the appropriate info you need to follow PP. Their books have been out for a number of years and may be hard to find, but try Amazon and half.com.

However, you can use pretty much any low carb cookbook or recipe as long as you can track the protein, carbs and fiber. Then adjust the serving size to allow for your protein and ECC limits.

Oh, and how could I forget - the Eades have a couple of cookbooks out too. One is the Low Carb Comfort Food Cookbook and the other is Cookworx.

Good luck!

There are some recipes on the cookworx web-site, too.

The CookwoRX recipes look absolutely divine! It's at lowcarb cookworx, you could just google that name.
