Hey PPers? How's your week been? It's been a busy one for me.... I have been stuck at 211.x for over 10 days... But today I got 210.8 on the scale so I'm hoping this is the start of something good.

Exercise is going well... Beat my self-challenge minutes for February. So I'm really going to take it to the max for March...

Still having a hard time hitting those carbs... i'm going to post some menus in a couple of days... I'm trying to manage calories and get those 30 ecc's in each day...

Let's talk....

I'm an "unofficial" kind of PP-er...lol.

Why are you having carb problems? Are you allowed fruit at this stage? If so apples/grapes/bananas are great this year. ( If not...sorry I mentioned 'em)

I get about 1/2 from veggies each day but I'm on 100 carbs or so daily at this point so it's a lot easier in many ways. Tougher to balance the fats/protein really, at least for me. I end up grabbing a few ounces of turkey about every 2 hours or so to hit my %'s...lot of planning involved in making sure it's around when I need it.

Hi, I'm on PP. Haven't been around since Nov. 12th. Going through a divorce which has affected everything. My eating went haywire. Haven't gained too much. I'm at 207lbs.

I ate off plan all through Christmas and got on plan around new years but not totally. Been creeping up my carbs by eating whole wheat pasta. I'm a vegetarian and sometimes for variety I eat noodles. I am working my way down to an almost vegan lifestye. Almost there. Just need to sub. Soy cream cheese for reg. and soy cheese for reg. And eggs.

I plan on being a regular again. I need to get to goal.
