Protein Power - Which edition?

Hi. I'm looking to buy a copy of Protein Power for my dh. Has anyone used this book and which edition would you recommend (which year?)?

Thanks, Anne

Anne,
I'm on Protein Power and I would recommend getting the most recent edition of the Protein Power book plus the Lifeplan book.

My husband received our PP information via a infomercial we heard on the radio back in 1998.

Thanks. I spoke with my dh and he said it would be okay for me to order this version for him. He's cut out eating most white foods, but still winds up eating things like bbq sauce (the sugary kind), baked beans, and other things. He said he's low carbing, but without guidance. Hopefully, this book will be helpful to him.

I appreciate your suggestion! Anne

If he'll sit and read it, I'd recomend Protein Power Life Plan....but if he's impatient, try The 30 Day Diet Soultion, also by the Eades. It's not as much of a read and really simplifies things, but it's interesting. Also has some recipes.

Do all of you read their blogs?
