Anyone following Protein Power LifePlan?

Is anyone here following this plan?

How is it working for you?

Is it hard to switch from Atkins over to it?

Just curious, thanks for any info you can provide.

I did read the book but wanted to hear experiences from folks here.

Interesting....I'm in the middle of reading Protein Power also!

Magicsmom does it! She's done very well! I'm really fascinated with that chapter that shows you how to determine what your goal weight SHOULD be!

I wouldn't think it would be hard to switch. Don't know though because I haven't.

Well I have been researching the net cause I’m stuck here without the book and nothing to do but near as I can tell its less restrictive than Atkins in some ways yet requires much more attention to what you eat in a lot of ways.

This kinda sucks for me cause I can track carbs in my head all day but hate to pre plan which it appears I may have to do here.

I follow Protein Power. There is a lot of good info in the Protein Power LifePlan book, IMO. Good info on cholesterol, protein, fat, and other things that anyone on a low carb plan would find interesting.

I like PP, I am a slow loser, but not because of the plan, it's because of medication and health problems.

PP is very similar to Atkins and it probably wouldn't be that much of a problem to switch. I started with PP, so can't say for sure.
