Protein Power Diet Questions

Could anyone direct me to finding more information on the Protein Power diet?

I've gotten a lot of information from "The Protein Power LifePlan" and the original book, "Protein Power". Whenever I want to read them again, they're always available at the library. I'll pm you the protein power website. Their boards are not as active as these, but some of the discussions are interesting.

I just won The PP book off of eBay. It was 40 cents, and 1.25 for shipping! I cant wait to get it!

I borrowed the Lifeplan book from another LCF member.

I will PM you some internet sites that are helpful.

I am on Protein power, so if you would like a diet buddy, just let me know
