Question for Protein Power followers....
Hi all. I read PPL and just started today. And I have some questions.
Ok first off i know they said they don't count the carbs in eggs and such because they are negligible but do I count the carbs in my coffee...half & half...and Splenda? Could someone also look at my FitDay and see what I have had so far and give me some input? I know I need 27g min. protein and 7-10 EEC per meal yes? I think Im doing ok so far and, yes, even though they say coffee counts as your minimum 64oz fluid intake a day I don't so I have had 40 oz. water already too ![]() http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJ...?Owner=Camilea |
