Hmmmm... Are you still following induction? I would say that turnips are pretty carby, and would be more of a maintenance product.

If you really are happy with eating them, I'd make a turnip mash... Or baked turnip...

I love turnips, I usually just boil them with a bit of butter and garlic till they are soft. I either roast or mash them up afterwards. Better than potatoes IMO :)

cube them and fry them in butter in a saute pan until soft and brown and crispy on the outside. Sprinkle with salt. Just like how you would fry potatoes. They are delicious that way.
