Working out on Medi...
Hey all. So anyone want to share how they replace calories while doing Medi because of cardio/working out ?
I'm doing between 40-50 min a day of cardio between elliptical & tread mill. Burning any where from 280-410 calories. I am eating 500 cal of protein a day and have been instructed to replace with protein all calories burnt. This I sometimes challenging due to the fact that I'm not ever hungry Lol
Any of you have some advice or hints or whatever?
