Sunday's foods

B: 2 pancakes, with some blueberries tossed in, and eggs. Black coffee

L: H/B eggs and artichoke hearts, few black olives. black coffee

Snack: grapefruit segments and black coffee, some walnuts

D: kippered snack from the can, steamed asparagus, and grape tomatoes in a bowl to snack on later. black coffee

Evening snack: 2 light baby bel round cheeses, 1 chocolate Jell-O cup, 60 cal.

Sunday's snacks...1300 kcals (yep quite a few up days, tomorrow will be down fershure.)

B. Mexican-type breakfast bowl...a conglomeration of eggs, lo taco meat, corn chips, cottage cheese with cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo...crystal light for the pills, and not-coffee

s. a couple of jelly beans, some mixed nuts

S. burger patties and yam baked fries, brownie brittle for dessert and another cup of Pero.

B: leftover brussel sprouts, onions, mushrooms, 1/2 cup egg subs. grated Colby on top. black coffee

L: rye bread, one large slice cut in half, liverwurst sandwich. black olives, and some artichoke hearts in a bowl. black coffee

Snack: Jell-O s/f cup, 60 cal. and some black coffee

D: turkey cutlets, some gravy and large spinach, kale, arugula salad, and black coffee

Evening snack: cut up strawberries and light laughing cow cheese later on

B: Steak & Shake, sausage and egg scramble, biscuit and black coffee, but dh still didn't get his blood test, they switched stuff and gave him a huge container to fill and bring in tomorrow, so they will do the blood test then.......

L: H/B eggs and black coffee, some cut up strawberries as I clean up the house.

Snack: grapefruit segments and black coffee

D: leftover hamburger helper, unless company suddenly shows up.

Evening snack: 2 Italian Ice cuplets, not bad on a warm kind of day, black cold coffee

Company showed up, and they cooked us goat stew, and warmed up some Naan bread, so that is what we had!! And f/f milk..........:)

Well, Doris, I guess you answered your own question as to what could go wrong. Murphy's laws live and grow stronger, I think.

B after Spanish class...eggs, bacon, and mini bagel...couple cups of pero

S. some veggie from the tray; carrot & celery sticks, pepper, radishes. ratatouile (I love that recipe in the Rosedale thread), roasted potatoes and green beans and grilled chicken thigh. small piece of dry carrot cake, later a cup of lemon/ginger tea. and a lot of good conversation.

1400 kcals

Doris do you have a far distance to the doctors? I don't give a rats butt either. We have a lot of church goings on for Easter and somehow this year I just feel resentful. Probably not good for a "church lady". One highlight is that my sons will be here for Easter Dinner.

Friday: coffee
out for breakfast, a pancake w sf syrup
Might eat a baked potato tonight at the fish fry. The fish has been way over cooked and just breading and no fish taste.
Wine when I get home.
Snack: peanuts, CF diet soda

Yeah Loretta, that fish isn't good with too much stuff on the outside, but they have to do it fast, I guess, for all the people. :dunno:

I had a biscuit with sausage and egg at Steak & Shake, black coffee

Lunch: at Quaker Lube, not in the food court at the mall, so had a burger, no fries, but the bun was so large, didn't eat most of it, the meat was a good inch thick and very large piece, was good though. Ice tea, 2 glasses.

D: is still gonna be leftovers of burger patties though, lol.

The rest is the same. Enjoy the baked potato, Loretta. Our dietitian says to make sure to eat the skin, too. Do you like it?

Another down day...not as it should be, but okay....650 kcals.

pero, pero, all day...sometimes I do miss the coffee, but I don't have headaches anymore.

B. cheerios with a banana

S. lo ratatouille with lo chicken breast...had a wing, too, and some carrot & celery sticks, radishes and cherry tomatoes.
