intermittent fasting until late afternoon and then
cheese and a dill pickle
lamb chop with a side of cauli

Good morning all! T-G-I-F!

B - Coffee with sweet and low and powdered creamer, celery with light cream cheese and carrotts oh and ACV tonic
L - Tuna salad in a cup and v8 juice
D - No clue! Cuboards are bare. I have to run to the store. I may make cheeseburgers (minus the bun) with some type of veggies. And ACV tonic. Or salmon.

I'm down 3 lbs. today! FINALLY!! It only took over 3 weeks for the scale to move. :dunno:

L - egg creme with macadamia nuts blended in (seriously GOOD!), and some homemade cheese crackers I'm going to take to the park with me as a snack
D - chicken hearts in a cream sauce over top of miracle noodles
S - 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1T EVCO, daily piece of dark chocolate

ACV tonics x3, diatomaceous earth x2, lots of water! :)

D: It depends on if dh makes it back to town at a reasonable hour. If he does, we'll go to our restaurant and I'll probably get medium rare prime rib :love: and a salad. If he doesn't, I'll stay home and have Atkins Italian Sausage Primavera

I'm going to lower my goal weight. I'm hitting in the ballpark of my original goal and I'm not liking what I see :sad:

I'm planning on a longer than usual fast today bc we're going out to dinner at 7 pm tonight. So, woke up and had ACV tonic and my fermented cod liver oil. :yummy: Then, venti starbucks coffee w HWC. Now I'm having some unsweetened passion iced tea. And at dinner a burger on a bed of baby lettuce with some blue cheese dressing. If I get too hungry before dinner, I'll have either an ounce of cheese or almonds, or maybe an avocado, but I'm hoping I make it to dinner.

for the record, there is NOTHING like the combo of cream cheese and crispy bacon.. yum yum yum! :yummy:

Trying to increase water intake from 80 ounces to 112 ounces today too.. calcium/magnesium/D3 supplement and B12 pill

B - Coffee regular (black) ... Although I have GOT to try this bulletproof coffee. What would I need for that? Coconut oil and what else? thanks in advance!

L - 1 egg fried, 3 pieces of hickory smoked bacon


D - 1 cup iceberg lettuce mised with 1/2 cup of shredded fresh cabbage, 1 stalk celery chopped. With a side of chicken breast marinated in sri-racha sauce. I'm a fool for spicy things! Once I dice up the chicken and add it to the salad, I add a spoon of regular mayo. For some reason, this funky salad really satisfies me and keeps me in check.

S - Half of an avocado and maybe 1 tablespoon of JIF peanut butter.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!! The weather's so beautiful here in Montana, I'm very motivated to lose some more weight and maybe dare to buy a new swimsuit. :)

Heavy whipping cream or butter... or both. Sometimes I do all three on some mornings :cool:

It's really good imo! My favorite is coconut oil with the heavy cream, but I love all three mixed together too... I can't do coconut oil + butter too well without cream though because to me coffee and tea are too bitter without cream :laugh:

I really love mixing SF Torani syrup in with mine too :)
