Induction Friendly Crock-Pot Recipes?
Anybody have any good ones? I love cooking but there are some nights I come home from work and just don't have the energy. It would be great to make something in the crock pot on the weekend and have it for dinner or lunch a couple of times through the week.

I've got a good low-carb crockpot recipe book, but it's not quite Induction friendly (way too many bean dishes, or tomato-based dishes).

Give a look at this thread.

And remember you can always modify your recipes, you can replace beans with chopped veggies (induction friendly!) and tomato sauce (usually that's what is used in stews...) can be replaced with broth.

Thanks so much for that link! I'll be spending the day looking for some good recipes :)

I love the crock pot and have been using it a lot lately. My easiest recipe is this

put in a hunk of meat (frozen is ok, just cook longer)
put a cup of salsa over it

cook all day

I made a batch of Boeuf Bourguinon on sunday and just dropped the carrots and flour to make it "low carb". Comes out to 6g net carbs per 2c serving.

I'm not allowed to post anything about it. I've had posts deleted after referencing it, but it's a great "pal." I prefer the web interface of ******, but the foods list is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than ****** and this site has an android app.
