I was hungry on my last 2 dd's and I had always kepted it under 500 but today I had planned to have about 515 to see if a little more helped. Well I came in at 455 because the hunger was not there to have more. I also did Zumba and burned 707calories and felt real good before and after. I hope this Juddd magic has kicked in because I don't like feeling the need to eat. Tomorrow I will really test Juddd with some mexican food for dinner but I will be estimating the calorie count b/c they don't have nutrional data. I went to ************ and got as close as I could but I don't know for sure how accurate it will be.

I hope that Juddd is the last diet I do!

I just found a dish earlier this week that's pretty reasonable for mexican food. Shrimp enchiladas (very little cheese) with whole beans, spanish rice, and the sauce and corn pudding (El Toritos) for 830. Yum!

Glad to hear it was easier for you.

I'm having issues with my UD today. I'm at 1310, and need 1500, and am simply not hungry. Trying to figure out if I can stuff in a hard-boiled egg, but it doesn't sound at ALL appealing. I think I can do some Diet Swiss Miss, but that's about it.
