go back and check your calorie count for a DD and realize yes, you are NOT hungry, while also NOT full... but no you did NOT miscount. And have only eaten 400 calories or so??? :stars:

I am at that point today, and there have been a few times on a DD I have to rack my brain thinking I MUST have eaten something else... why am I not more hungry? :eek:

But as I write things down as I eat them, they are never forgotten...

Just a thought I had today, anyone else do this?

Yes and no - I was hungry today! And ate loads for me, for a DD - I still have some strawberries to eat (it's 8.15pm) and my cals will still only be 430 (after the strawberries - currently 390! and I'm not that hungry!)

Well i would if i was not drinking my said caloires away with coffee.. ive used this caffine thing for years to hold off that hungry feeling and i am still using it on my down days to make sure i dont feel hungry... i also check myfitnes pal though to see if i did eat somthing for i forgot alot of times.. my calorie tracker i think is the reason i can stick with this.. as soon as food enters my mouth i am goin there to input that info kind of like a checking account.. take it out before its actually cashed to make sure there enough in there to cover what im eating lol

I do it all the time too.

Kimberly, if you can manage black coffee, the calories are very low (my Starbucks House Blend is 8 calories for 3 cups), and you still get the wonderful appetite suppression. I've always enjoyed my coffee black, so I don't know any different.

I think i may try to drink black so i can get off the powdered creamer, before starting this WOE i had no clue that i was dumping around 100 calories per cup every day. and ther were at least 7 to 8 cups like day per day!! So slowly i am reducing those teaspoons down,, im at 2 teaspoons now and surpized i still like it with less lol
