Confused on UD, DD cycle?

Being my first week, I have M,W,F and Sunday as my DD.
My UD is T, TH and SAT.

That means everything is going to be opposite next week. I really like the cycle from this week.

Do others remain on the same cycle week after week and how do you do it?
Is it imperative to just go with the cycle as it is?

I try to stick with the rotation as it naturally falls. Like you said, opposite days on successive weeks. I tend to like M, W, F, Sun UD weeks for some reason, but it's not a big deal.

Some folks keep UDs and DDs the same each week, with one MD to make that happen, and it seems to work well for them. You may just have to try and see how your body responds. It may or may not slow your loss, but you have to live your life comfortably too!

Let us know what you try and how it works for you.

if I don't stick to a true alternate day rotation I can maintain but I do not lose at all. that makes every other week the opposite as you observed, but that really is what makes the magic for my body.

For the first few weeks at least try to stick with true rotations. This is how it works best. Promise, it is worth it.

:goodpost: to all the above. I try not to muck with the rotations, unless I have to. And I did the first 2 weeks straight, full-on, even though it fell over a family holiday dinner type of weekend. I managed to start it so that my UD coincided with the big dinner, and everything else was straight from the book.

For me, everything works best when I do it straight. I can maintain when I muck around, but as soon as I get a couple good UD and DD rotations in, weight starts to flee the vicinity.

I'm not screwing with the MAGIC!!! Full rotation it is!

Thanks Everyone!
