B = x
L = 1 tomato, few prunes (100cal worth of)
D = cantaloupe, sweet potato & salsa (300cal)

and then, maybe a beer ... :o

DD for me too

B: none
L: Strawberry Vanilla shake (150g strawberries, 250g almond milk, 65g zero fat greek yoghurt, Da vinci SF vanilla syrup, 1/2 teaspoon gluc powder, 1 tablespoon Splenda)
D: small turkey steak with broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage with a little grated cheese

Totals = 529 cals, 36g carbs

Good Morning All

I am going to try as close to a juice fast today as possible. We are going to go out of town for a couple of days so want my DD to count....just an experiment I guess. LOL:)

So it's tomato juice, water and maybe some other kind of juice or broth later.

L= 1 can of progresso light soup.

386 is my DD calorie limit and keeping it LC.

For easiness its eggs today for me.

6egg whites scrambled throughout the rest of the day.

I hadnt thought of baked sweet potatoes on a dd before. I love this forum.

B: Egg whites - 2 oz ground beef - salsa scrambled w/ 1 slice of Kraft 2% cheddar on top

L: Pickled asparagus spears and thin sliced turkey

D: Shrimp salad

One meal at dinner time: Canned salmon mixed with cream cheese on sprouted whole grain toast and topped with cucumber slices. Very small bowl of yogurt with fresh organic cherries. And a cupcake. :)

GRRR. Well, I'm pretty sure I actually kept to a perfect DD, but it was stressful doing it because I had a board meeting for my local writer's organization where lunch was at a restaurant. I had no idea how many calories were in the balsamic vinagrette so I had to over-estimate and eat less chicken. And I wanted the damned chicken.

B. Deviled Egg
L. Spring Mix Salad with Balsamic Vinagrette topped with grilled chicken
D. Vegetable soup with shirataki noodles

change to dinner...thought I could make it with just juice today...needed food!

So it was cabbage, onion, celery, and zucchini stirfry. Oh well...still withing my limit!:)

380 right now, probably a frozen yogurt bar later
total 490!
