Long time member, but back this time with a GOAL.
So I've lost alot of weight before but managed to gain it through university and having 2 boys within 12 months (3 kids in total)....really put my body through alot, but they are worth it.:heart:

I've just turned 28 this past week and feel it's either now or never...the glow I use to have just isn't there anymore and I want to feel sexy again! To make sure Im on plan we even booked a vacation with just hubby and I to Cancun in the first week of April. This give me around 3 months to loose 38 pounds and also tone up. So will need to loose about 15 lb/m which is doable as I've done it before.

My plan is to eat low carb and do M/E fast twice a week. Callenetics everyother day and follow this youtube users videos for the arms/belly/thighs: Tracy Campoli - YouTube

Question is it better to use both videos in one day or alternate? Its intense but this momma wants to fit into a skirt on vacation!:D
