Great idea! I know we can't afford steaks and chops, expensive seafood, and even eating out is not on our budget anymore, but we can still eat well. We may be blessed because we don't depend on any products that would not normally be in our kitchen other than nut flours. It can be done and I love it that people share what they have learned. I'm subscribing too.
