What are your November goals?
It's the time again, let's post what we'd like to accomplish in November! I think mostly everyone did a great job in October and we can do the same in November and get all slim and trim for Christmas time.
I hit my October goal of 245lbs and went on down to 235lbs which was my original goal weight for an upcoming event in December that I am attending. This month my goal is 225lbs and to be able to button a pair of size 34W jeans. They don't have to be perfect, but I just want to be able to button them, lol. Happy November everyone! Let's make the best of it.

My November goal is just to stay on program. If I stick it out, no matter how long it takes, I know this weight will come off and stay off for good!

1. Stay on LC with no cheats 2. To go from 273 to 265 3. Make things at Thanksgiving that are LC. 4.To do my all of my walking DVD which is 3 miles. 5. To drink my 100oz of water EVERY DAY!!! 6. To get out side more with my kids. |

My November goal is to lose 9 pounds and get into the 150's. If I eat clean and exercise, I can make it. I made my October goal of reaching the 160's, so hopefully have will have as much success in November as in October!

My November goal is to drop 12 pounds - I blew it for October by two and be in the 230's. I am in a stall and can not seem to break it, haven't lost anything in three weeks. I am stuck at 242! Times like this is what makes this WOE hard.

My goals for November are:
1) Lose 15 lbs. (going from 285 to 270) 2) exercise everyday! 3)drink 128 oz. or water everyday 4)continue eating LC 5)Stay strong doing IF 6)take my vitamins and drink greentea everyday 7)make it through Thanksgiving relatively low carb! I started Atkins induction on 10/9/07 and have lost 14.5 lbs. already. That was with no exercising and just giving myself a few weeks on the plan first and then incorporating exercise a little later. I think tomorrow, Nov. 1st will be my official start date for exercising! I want to lose about 15 lbs. a month - and will hopefully get to my goal by June! I sure will work hard at it! |

My weight goal---lose 8 lbs.
Drink more water--less flavored drinks. Limit 2 per day on flavored. 30 hrs billable time in the office. 4 hrs per week on horses (or other excercise) Check in weekly to keep up accountability (or have people kick my tail for not getting there) Quit with that, until I get that accomplished. |

My goal is to get to 153. My actual goal weight is 155 but I decided I need a buffer. So 2.5 pounds should be doable even with a trip and Thanksgiving. Good luck everyone!

I would love to get to 150, but my loss has been so slow that I don't know if it's possible, but I am not going to give up or cheat the entire month. Whatever I lose will be wonderful!

I didn't hit my goal of 20 or even 10lb loss for October. This month I'd like to lose 10lbs. I am learning more about health and weight loss so hopefully it will pay off. You can find me in the Atkins Induction folder until I have at least 20lbs weight loss and my metabolism starts working!!
My goals for Nov are: 1. Exercise 3x per week at Ladies Workout Express. 2. Walk on non LWE days (weekdays) 3. Stay on Atkins eating plan!! No cheats! 4. Pray more often, working to eventually pray daily at 6am. 5. Run my home more efficiently (chores, budget, kids) 6. Reward myself by doing crafts/begin crocheting some stuff (Christmas gifts) 7. Lose 10lbs as long as my body/metabolism cooperates with my plan!!

I'm at 166.2 - goal is to get into the 150's. I'd love to get to 155 in November which would make me a "healthy" weight.

I'm new here but I would love to join in. My goal this month is to continue to come to terms with the fact that my body doesn't metabolize sugar well, and therefore it will have to be something I eliminate from my life. My main goal is to get into this size 12 jeans I bought from the thrift store. I knew I wouldn't be able to fit into them at the moment since I am a 13/14 now, but I liked them and they were from Old Navy, so I bought them in hopes to be able to fit into them by Thanksgiving. I think it's achievable since I started doing the elliptical 5 days a week again, as well as the bike and lifting weights.
Weight wise, I would love to be able to get down to 190. That means roughly 15-18 pounds pounds. I think I can do it providing I eat clean and keep my exercise up like I have been. I see my family on Thanksgiving who I haven't seen since Easter, which was before I even started dieting, so no one has seen me since. Although my mom has told my brother I've been losing weight. But no one has yet to see me. And they'll be pretty shocked, cause I know I am. I've lost almost 40 pounds and went from a size 18 to 13/14.
