What are your September goals?

I thought I'd borrow an idea from Diana, who got a great August Goal thread going. Well to September everyone! Let's hear everyone's goals for the month. I'll start us off:

I reached this year's low this morning, and plan to continue in my groove and see the low 120s by October 1st. Your turn.

Make a spreadsheet to chart my schedule of what I need to do.

Lose 5 lbs- down to 165--didn't lose a lb in August.

Spend 30 minutes per day working a horse (equivalent to other people's exercise)
Spend 30 minutes 3 x per week cleaning/organizing house (equivalent to trip to dentist)

4 hrs x 5 days week direct billable time in the office.

Going to quit with that, and see how the month goes......my rules are going to be that if I don't get it done 1 day, it carries over to another for the week. Horses especially are limited by schedule and weather.

Wow - that seems like a huge amount of water. I'm not Fawn but I think there is a specific calculation for water that will help with weight loss. For every 10 pounds overweight, add like 8 ounces or something.

So, if I was 40 pounds over - I would try to get in an extra 32-40 ounces of water a day.

I only say that because there has been some different thinking around water consumption since the news coverage around people dying and kidney problems reported from over consumption of water.

I would love to get down to 200 or below. I think it's doable. I would only need to lose about 14 pounds to get to 200. My goal is also to be able to get into a size 14 jeans.
