1. to bike to work 6 times in September. Life is busier with school back in session.
2. to work out at least 3 days a week.
3. to stay at 210 on the scale a litle longer.
4. to cut back on midnight snacking to once a week/3-4 X a month

Weight loss would be great but my scale hasn't moved in months but my inches are beginning to! I'll take 4 inches all together in September!

Where to begin....
1. Lose 6 pounds
2. Start exercising again NO EXCUSES!
3. Make sure to eat at least 3 meals, and not go longer than 6 hours w/o eating...that's a big problem for me...
4. Pay more attention to portion size of vegetables and to actually count my carb intake daily
5. Food journal


I'll start this all on Friday, since it's already Wendnesday...

Back to Induction for me! Overindulgence in "legal" treats and alcohol is moving the scale the wrong direction. Summer's over, thank goodness!

September Goals:
Eat clean, no alcohol
Water, water, water
Exercise 5-6 days a week
Work on the flabby arms
Hang out at LCF daily

We are seven days into September and I'm happy to report that I have lost 2 of those pesky pounds already. Yippee! This afternoon I will get out for my brisk walk; as I'm not doing quite as well with that goal (only 3 times).

*Walk to work and back every day (six days a week). aproximately 1 mile, so two miles per day (return trip is uphill.)

*Do one mega walk (from my house up on Capitol Hill to Pike Place market, then to pioneer square, then to Uwajimaya and then back home) a distance of 5.15 miles-- once to 3x per week.

*Back to basic 1972 version Atkins, no deviations!

-Stop eating those pesky little bags of peanuts...love 'em but I don't think they're helping me lose
