Thanks for starting the thread Lesley.

My biggest goal is to step up my exercise. I will walk everyday if the Lord blesses me to get out of bed and move around.

Second goal is to quit eating so many legal foods. I need to cut my calories back down to around 1500; not 1800-2000. Been a pig lately. Oink Oink.

Third goal but most important; enjoy my DD wedding. Never thought I would see this wedding. She will soon be 37 years old and this is her first wedding. Never thought my career girl would marry. Now if only DH can get off his crutches long enough to walk her down the aisle.

This month I would like to

1. Get as close to 190 as possible
2. Make my 1000mins of exercise this month.
3. Jog the Reservior 2laps straight (1.5miles)
4. Stay positive all month and not stress over what I can't change.

1) Drink more water. For every glass of zero coke I drink, I need to drink a glass of water!

2) Stay on plan with my eating

3) Get to 160 or below (my goal for the past 2 months!!)

4) Watch my portions, especially meat and cheese.

My goals for September are to get on a healthy eating plan, stick with it, and actually lose some weight!

I weighed myself this morning after a few months of not weighing and I have gained 10 pounds I still can't believe it! I never gain (or lose), I usually just stay the same!! Now, TOM is right around the corner, but that doesn't account for 10 pounds!!

- Get to 310. I started last January at 313, lost 60 lbs, and then gained 80 back. So I am almost where I started from before.
- Get a new job. I'm quitting my old one on Tuesday - it's scary to do but I HATE it there. And no, I can't wait until I get a new job first. No can do.

I really like this idea for a thread. But I was wondering if in would be beneficial to check in, at least on the 15th, to update how we are doing on our goals.

Anyone else have an opinion, yeah, or nah, on this thought?

1. No elevator at work. I work on the 5th floor.

2. Exercise at least 10 times

3. Average 40 net carbs and ~1500 cals.

4. No off plan eating for the rest of the month,
