My husband who loved me more than anyone else in the world passed away unexpectedly yesterday. My kids are only 15 and 20 and my heart is breaking for all of us. Please send kind thoughts our way. I'm at a loss. He had medical issues for a while, but ironically his death was not caused from those but from something undiagnosed.

Go to your doctor or a counselor if you are having trouble with anxiety or depression. You need an outlet. I am sure your kids are looking to you for strength. I'm so sorry.
