Doxie,

I haven't been here for a while, and I am shocked and so saddened by your loss. My heart goes out to you and your children and I pray that your friends and others can support you and help you. I wish I could do something more real, but I am hurting with you.

I've had a horrible time with inconsiderate and ridiculous management in times of family crisis too. In one job I had told everyone from my first interview that I'd have to take time if my mom actually had to have the heart surgery that had been threatening for some time (congenital damage). She did have to have it, but my manager gave me all kinds of hassles about being gone (less than one week and I was horribly sick at the same time) and she had the nerve to tell me that at least I'd had a good rest while I was gone. But, she hated her mom, so,no, people like that just don't understand.

For some reason, these dum-dums seem to always be out there at a time like this. I hope that you can put this to the background and not let it contribute to the stress you must feel right now anyway. Hugs and tears sweetie, Su

I'M SO SO SO SORRY!!

My biggest fear is to loose my husband. I know that you can get through this. It must be so hard. I just wish that there were some words that I could say that would remove all the pain from your heart but there is not. I will definately keep you in my prayers. My prayers and thoughts will be with you. God bless you and your children!

May lots and lots of LOVE be sent your way!!

How in the world did I miss this?! I just learned of your husband's passing via the thread on your 15 yo having problems at school. I am so, so sorry you're going through this.

I will definitely pray for you and your family.

Doxie, I haven't been around much the last several weeks so I was shocked when I noticed this post. My deepest condolences to you and your family. You've always been such a positive and supportive person for me personally, I hope that you'll find the love and support you need during this time both here and at home.
