Please stop and think before posting..
I feel badly for people that post a serious topic and people come in and ruin the thread by making it full of sexual innendos and BTW... those are NOT allowed anyway... we have minors here.. but more importantly people get their threads deleted because others can't help themselves and just have to post something naughty... I am very disappointed in seeing this more often lately and am asking you all to stop and think BEFORE posting something that is going off the topic at hand... do not thread jack... if it is something that is okay to post but going off topic please why not just start a spinoff thread? That way we don't have to remove peoples perfectly good thread because a few can't help themselves... please think of others before wrecking their threads...

Fitday to track your progress, several tools no matter what phase of lowcarbing you are in and a whole lot more. It is a great site for newbies as well as the seasoned lowcarber.
I would gladly weigh 300 pounds if I could be a size 6 (don't forget to measure... its the inches that show!)
