We had a great time at the Pig Roast this weekend. It was both motivational and awe inspiring. Several of us agreed that the food was the best it ever was. (We will post the recipes) The testimonials were great... hearing peoples stories brought both laughter and tears. I guarantee everyone came away from the gathering with the feeling that they can get through to their goals and with the help of everyone at Lowcarbfriends they can accomplish anything they set out to do...

We also added up how much weight was lost in total and as a group we lost 1,910 pounds!!! YEHAW!!! YAY US!!!

I always heard the pics from the gatherings were very inspirational. Boy, do I look big and, sure enough, I am now inspired to lose more weight! Is this how it's supposed to work?

Um, Shelly, let me put it this way. At first Mr. TT said I could come back by myself next year but after seeing how great you all look and hearing about "cabin adventures" he has decided he best go too. And maybe he just better, lol!

Next time we will be in party distance, for sure! I would like to share a cabin with Roro if she is interested next year. Can't wait to do it again!
