You all look fantastic! I usually just lurk on the main CC board but you all have been such an inspiration to me I decided to give back for once. I don't have afters yet, but I have a before, during and during.

First pic was in June 2004, about five or six weeks before starting Atkins. I don't know what my weight was then, but I was at 249 when I started in July.

Second pic was in December, modeling my before jeans -- size 22. Weight was about 198 then.

Third pic was a few days ago, taken as I tried on clothes at Macy's. Sorry the quality's bad. I'm about 178 now.

I found some new before pictures , still not at my top weight, but I didn't even make a dent in the pictures in storage, so I know I will find one sooner or later... this before pictures are from around 93 or 94 and I am around 400 to 425....

Sometimes I feel like there is not difference and that I am not making any headway at all... but yesterday I found box's of clothes that I packed up 3 years ago, and NOW OMG they are soooooooooooo big on me I almost can't believe that they were mine, but I know they were... it was nice to have the affirmation that yes I am doing something, even if I am slow...

You ALL are awesome. Jeff, I see a whole different person - not just your size, but your attitude about yourself - congratulations! Carey, I know you're discouraged about the stall, but look at your pics at 233 and 232# - you are losing a lot of inches, even if the scale isn't being kind. I'm kinda where you are - clothing sizes going down, inches going away, but the dang scale hardly ever moves - I just keep trying to focus on the way my clothes fit and smaller sizes/lost inches. KUTGW!

And Sherry - Oh My Goodness, Girlfriend! Look how far you've come! You have got to be so proud of yourself - YOU'RE AWESOME!
