I'm a newbie to the forum. After a broken heart and life in general, this is the 2nd go at losing weight. But during slightly better times, I lost 106lbs in 9months with the diet and exercise.

Hopefully I can repeat my "success" again. (yes, I'm quite shy)
For now, I'm hanging out in the 300+ Support Group, If you are over 250lbs challenge and The 20-somethings Challenge. I hope I can contribute and we can all change our lives for the better.

Hi...This is the first time I have posted on this site, although you have all been more supportive than you will ever know. I began this journey in April, when I discovered that I was at my heaviest and felt like I was a day away from a heart attack. I stepped on the scale and was horrified to see 324. I am now down to 281...still 100 pounds to go but i feel like I am finally making progress! These are my first set of before and after pics!

Thanks All! Latest Update....304! 4.25 pounds and I will be in the 2's for the first time in 22+ years!

When I lose 11 more pounds, I will reach 200 pounds lost! 54 pounds to goal (for tummy tuck, etc!)
