Congratulations to everyone. Do you notice how much younger everyone looks in their after pictures. It's amazing that people can look younger in a later pic. You all are an inspiration. I am returning to Atkins (AGAIN) and hope to do as well as the rest of you. Thank you for posting.

Wow! You look so great-way to go!!! You definitely look smaller than 178-I'd say more like 150!!!! I have only been doing the low carb thing since March, but have lost 50+ lbs. now!! You are an inspiration---thank you!!!!
