There are quite a few abbreviations and acronyms used here that I am not familiar with: DH DD to name 2. Is there a guide somewhere?

I don't know if there's a guide, but here's some of the most common ones:

DH = Dear Husband
DW = Dear Wife
DS = Dear Son
DD = Dear Daughter

TOM = Time Of Month
FWIW = For What It's Worth
