I've also regained what I lost from low carbing due to serious health problems, and I'm sure that you and I arent the only ones.

Well over half of this battle is fought in the mind, and so few people understand that. It takes a lot of work, and changing the way you think to really overcome the things that hold us back, and you've had so many health issues on top of it.
