Whole 30 Protein

Hi, I will be starting the Whole 30 on October 1st and have a question. For one, due to my IBS I will be following the FODMAP version of the Whole 30. The problem I have is with certain meats. I know several have fillers, junk, etc. so I need to eat meat that is clean. This is my concern, how do you find ways around the junk meat without going broke?
