Hello, I'm new to Whole-30

Just wanted to introduce myself to you. I'm in my 50s and too fat and too inactive. I'm starting Whole-30 today. This is for both health reasons AND vanity (I can't fit into any of my clothes). I have done well on low carb before (always eventually falling off the wagon), so I'm determined to start again today. Right now. This minute. "Will power" is not a motivating force for me at all. This is something I *want* to do, so I will. I'm looking forward to talking to you all. I'm so glad you're here!

Hi, Agee. Thanks for checking on me. I fell off the wagon. Already. But I'm back on today. I've noticed, however, even with falling off the wagon, that my rings are looser. So at least there is a benefit in even trying, if not quite hitting the mark. Somehow, I'm going to do this thing. I WILL. It takes time to establish new habits.
